WebLenovo P53 Red Light Blinking next to the WebCam. Hey guys, Next to my WebCam, there is a red led light that goes on and off. See image below: I know that the white led light indicates that the camera is in use. Does anyone know why that red led light sometimes turns on and off? (this happens even if I don't use the camera or a conf/meet app) WebDec 31, 2024 · A blinking power light is an indication that the laptop is in sleep mode. Try either force stopping and shutting down the laptop by holding the Power button until it shuts down completely and then restart the laptop in the normal way or Try opening and closing the lid a few times and check if the laptop comes out of sleep mode by itself.
