Webb30 aug. 2015 · In a clean folder with a brand new household I had sent one item to Geo Council which was returned. My Sim sent a second item and did not leave the lot at all for two days. That item and another test item were never returned. A couple days ago I started another save in a fresh folder and items sent did not return.
