WebbInteractive read alouds allow you to engage the students in your class who likely have a variety of goals in guided, whole-class practice. They provide an opportunity for you to share a text with the whole class and for students to discuss the piece. This meaningful conversation gives students: WebbThe main purpose of this read aloud is to support their comprehension. They’re listening to a fluent reader while also being taught how to think about and comprehend a book. Here are my best tips for read alouds and how to make them the BEST for your students.
