WebIt just looks like the color is a shade off, and it seems to have a texture to it, which is what happens when touch up paint is applied. I could be wrong, but that's what the pic is telling me. If that's the case then I doubt warranty will cover it. If it is in fact the original paint that is lifting, then for sure it's a warranty job.
