But on the face value of it, I would say that the difference may not be that high. LTO refers to maintaining links with past while dealing with current challenges and those that are yet to be encountered. WebChina scored very high on the Long Term Orientation scale. This means that the culture is willing to change and bend to accommodate changes in the world. Lastly china scored very low on the Indulgence scale. This means that the culture is rather pessimistic and does not emphasizes relaxation or pleasure time.
